Privacy Policy

Level 4 Businesses™ is an AI-powered customer acquisition platform operated by LEVEL 4 BUSINESSES LLC, located for business correspondence at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For privacy inquiries, contact [email protected].

1. Who We Are and Our Role

LEVEL 4 BUSINESSES LLC ("Level 4 Businesses™," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Level 4 Businesses platform and the public showcase, content and advertising pages published through it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

When we act as a controller

We act as the controller of information about our own subscribers and visitors: the person who creates an account, the business profile attached to that account, billing and subscription records, account security logs, and the technical data generated when someone visits our website or a page we publish.

When we act as a processor

When a business using the platform stores and works with information about its own prospects and customers, such as discovered businesses, contact details, outreach messages, replies and opt-outs, that business decides what is collected and why. In that arrangement the business is the controller and LEVEL 4 BUSINESSES LLC processes the information on its instructions. If you are a prospect or customer of one of our business users, that business is the party responsible for the information, and you should contact it first. We support those businesses in handling your requests.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of third-party platforms that our business users connect to their accounts.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text.
  • Business profile: business name, website, location, industry, business model, revenue range, target market, core problem, capacity, offer and brand materials, and the physical mailing address you add for compliant email footers.
  • Content you upload or create: offers, positioning, brand colors, images, documents, and instructions given to the platform.
  • Support and correspondence: messages you send to us, including privacy and deletion requests.

Payment and subscription information

Subscriptions, one-time purchases, invoices and payment status are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, the plan and amount, and a customer identifier. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers, bank credentials, or your card security code.

Information derived from public sources

To help a business find potential customers, the platform queries public data sources, most significantly the Google Places API for business listings and the publicly accessible pages of a business's own website for publicly posted contact details. This can include business names, categories, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and email addresses that a business has itself published on its own site. We store this information in the requesting business's workspace.

Information from your customers and prospects

  • Lead form submissions made through public showcase, content or advertising pages we host, including the information the person chooses to submit.
  • Consent and opt-out records: consent status recorded against a lead where a business records it, unsubscribe events, suppression entries, and the timestamp and source of each opt-out.
  • Outreach records: the messages generated and sent, delivery status, and any reply or bounce that a connected mailbox reports back to the platform.

Information from connected accounts

If you connect a Google account, we receive an authorization token and the basic account identifier and email address needed to identify the connected account, together with the permissions described in Section 5. Tokens are stored on our platform infrastructure under access controls and are deleted or invalidated when you disconnect.

Technical, usage and security information

  • Public page analytics: page views and click interactions on the showcase, content and advertising pages we publish, recorded on a first-party basis and associated with the business workspace that owns the page.
  • Device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and request logs used for security, abuse prevention, debugging and capacity planning.
  • Session cookies and local browser storage needed to keep you signed in, to remember your selected workspace, and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery.

3. How We Use Information and Our Legal Bases

  • Creating and operating your account, authenticating you, and maintaining your workspace.
  • Onboarding your business and generating your offer, positioning and revenue plan.
  • Discovering and qualifying potential buyers, and building your demand library, content pages and advertising assets.
  • Generating and, where you instruct us to, sending outreach through your connected email account.
  • Producing reports, forecasts and performance analytics for your workspace.
  • Processing subscriptions, invoices and payments, and preventing fraud and abuse.
  • Securing the platform, isolating one customer's data from another's, and investigating misuse.
  • Checking consent and eligibility records, allowed calling hours and our own suppression list before an outreach action is allowed.
  • Improving the service, including diagnosing failures and evaluating the quality of generated output.
  • Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.

Legal bases where required

Where data protection law requires us to identify a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (operating the platform and delivering what you subscribed to); our legitimate interests (securing the service, preventing abuse, improving features, and providing discovery results for the business that requested them), balanced against your rights; your consent (for optional permissions and any marketing communication that requires it, which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, and lawful requests).

We do not use your information, or the information in your workspace, for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. Service Providers and Data Sharing

Depending on the features you enable, we use the following service providers. Each receives only what is necessary for the purpose described, and each is bound to use it for that purpose.

Hosting and infrastructure

The public website at level4businesses.com is currently served by Base44. The new Level 4 application runs on Railway, with Cloudflare providing DNS, security, delivery and domain certificates, and will replace the current site when the domain moves.

  • Base44 (application platform): hosts the current website, stores workspace records and uploaded files, runs our backend functions, provides the model gateway used for AI generation, and sends our account and service email.
  • Railway (application hosting): runs the new Level 4 application.
  • Cloudflare (network and domain services): provides DNS, security filtering, content delivery and TLS certificates, including for customer domains connected to published pages.
  • Stripe (payments): processes subscriptions, one-time purchases, invoices, refunds and disputes, and acts as an independent controller for its regulated payment functions.
  • AI model providers (currently OpenAI): receive the business context, public-source information and instructions needed to complete a generation request, and return generated output.
  • Google: sign-in; Gmail for sending email from a mailbox you connect and for reading message metadata; Search Console for the search performance and sitemap submission of a property you authorize; Places and geocoding for business discovery and address lookup.
  • Brave Search and SerpApi: run search queries used for demand discovery and keyword research, and return search results.
  • Reddit: receives search queries and returns public posts through its API so we can find questions buyers ask. We do not post to Reddit.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): receives the content you approve and returns publishing results and engagement data for the Pages and accounts you connect.
  • TikTok: receives the profile connection and the videos you approve for upload, and returns publishing results.
  • Twilio: sends text messages and places calls from the account you connect, and returns delivery and call outcome data.
  • LiveKit: carries the real-time audio for AI calls placed through Twilio.
  • Our email and booking providers: deliver our account and service email and handle scheduling you request.
  • Professional advisers, auditors and insurers, where necessary and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities and third parties where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or us.

Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Twilio and LiveKit are used only when you connect or enable the related feature.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information, or the personal information in your workspace.
  • We do not share your information with advertising networks for their own use, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics pixels on this website.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train models.

A business using the platform may connect its own accounts to third-party services, and may export its own data, including hashed audience files, to those services. Those transfers are the business's decision and are governed by that provider's terms.

5. Google User Data

If you connect Google, we request: basic profile and email (sign-in); permission to send email from your Gmail; permission to read message metadata; and access to Search Console performance data and sitemap submission. With the metadata permission, Google does not allow us to read message bodies or attachments. We use this data only to provide these features to you. We do not use it for advertising or AI training, do not sell it, and do not let people read it except with your consent, for security, or as the law requires. Tokens are stored on our platform infrastructure under access controls and are deleted or invalidated when you disconnect.

Permissions we request

  • Gmail send (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send), to send email from your connected Gmail account, as you, when you approve a message for sending.
  • Gmail message metadata (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.metadata), to read headers and labels in your connected mailbox so a reply or a bounce can be matched to the message we sent. This permission does not give access to message bodies or attachments.
  • Basic account profile and email address (email), to identify the connected account and show which mailbox is linked.
  • Google Search Console (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters), to read the search performance and indexing information of the property you explicitly authorize, and to submit its sitemap.

What we do with Gmail data

We use the Gmail send permission to transmit messages you have reviewed and approved in the platform, from your own mailbox, to recipients you select. The message content we hold is the content generated and approved inside the platform, together with the delivery status returned for that send. The metadata permission lets us read headers and labels only, so a reply or a bounce can be matched to the message we sent. We do not read, scan, index or store the contents of your mailbox or your attachments.

Messages are sent only after our send-time checks pass, including recipient suppression, unsubscribe status and the presence of a valid physical mailing address in the footer. Recipients can opt out using the unsubscribe link in every message, and an opt-out is recorded so the address is not contacted again from that workspace.

Storage, disconnection and deletion

You can disconnect a Google account at any time from the platform or from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting revokes our ability to act, and we delete or invalidate the stored token. Records of messages already sent, and suppression records required to honor opt-outs, are retained as described in Section 13. You may request deletion of Google-derived data at any time using the process in Section 14 or on our data deletion page.

Level 4 Businesses' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use commitments

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this Policy.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including personalized or retargeted advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data except where you explicitly request support involving it, where necessary for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and de-identified.

6. Connected Third-Party Platforms

Connections are established through the provider's own consent screen, and the permissions granted are shown to you there before you approve them. Google connections cover sign-in, Gmail (send and message metadata) and Google Search Console (read and sitemap submission).

Where social publishing is enabled for your account, the following describes what it does. If you connect Facebook or Instagram, we may list your Pages, publish posts you approve, read engagement, and read business assets. If you connect TikTok, we read basic profile information and upload and publish videos you approve. We read public Reddit posts through Reddit's API to find questions buyers ask, and we do not post to Reddit. You can disconnect at any time.

Advertising platforms, social networks, messaging providers and voice providers receive nothing unless you connect or enable the related feature. Campaign plans and ad copy produced by the platform are strategic and creative output; they do not by themselves grant us access to, or permission to act within, any advertising or social account.

Where an additional integration is enabled in the future, this Policy will be updated to describe the information involved before that feature is made available. Any such integration is optional, requests only the permissions the feature needs, and can be revoked by you at any time, in the platform or in the provider's own settings. Revoking access stops future processing but does not remove records already created, which are handled under Section 13.

We do not control third-party platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your relationship with them and the information they hold independently of us.

7. Communications, Outreach and Calling

We separate our own account communications from outreach sent on behalf of a business.

Account and service email

Account emails (verification, resets, alerts and reports) are sent by us, to the address on your account. They are not marketing messages from third parties.

Outreach email

Outreach emails are sent from your own connected Gmail. Each must show accurate sender details, a mailing address and a working opt-out. We honor opt-outs promptly and within the time the law requires.

Text messaging

L4 does not operate its own consumer SMS marketing program. If you connect your own Twilio account, texts to your leads are sent by you from your account. You are the sender and are responsible for carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) with the correct campaign type, for obtaining and recording each recipient's consent before marketing texts, for honoring STOP, and for including your business name and opt-out instructions. L4 shows a Send text option only after consent is on record for that lead. Acceptance of our Terms is not consent to marketing texts or calls.

AI calls

Where AI calling is enabled for your account, the AI agent places calls through Twilio and LiveKit on your behalf, within the script, hours and daily limit you approve. Every call begins by saying it is an AI and naming your business. Before each call, L4 checks consent or eligibility, number type, our own suppression list and allowed hours. L4 does not currently check the National Do Not Call Registry, so you are responsible for do-not-call compliance, and L4 does not place cold calls to consumer numbers. A listed business number does not by itself authorize an AI marketing call. If the person says no, the call ends and the number is suppressed. Call audio is not recorded. If the person agrees on an AI call, a written transcript is kept while your account is active, and deleted on request or when your account is closed.

Autonomous agent

You set outreach rules, daily limits, calling hours and your ad spend limit. You authorize every ad launch, spend increase and scaling decision. L4 does not spend your ad budget without your authorization. You can pause the agent at any time. Automatic compliance checks support responsible use but do not guarantee compliance or replace your own.

8. AI Processing and Automation

AI is used to produce the platform's deliverables: offers, positioning, buyer discovery scoring, demand terms, content pages, advertising copy, outreach drafts, sales guidance, forecasts and reports. To produce them, the business context you provide, the public-source information relevant to the request, and your instructions are transmitted to AI model providers through our platform's model gateway, and the generated output is returned and stored in your workspace.

We keep technical records of model invocations, meaning which feature ran, when, and how often, for reliability, rate limiting and cost control.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is a drafting and planning aid, not professional advice and not a verified statement of fact. Outputs should be reviewed before publication, spending, or contact with a person.

We do not use the content of your workspace to train models for other customers. We do not make a promise about model-provider training beyond what our provider terms and account settings support.

9. Sensitive Information

The platform is built for business contact and marketing information. Please do not submit government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric data, or information about children. If a regulated industry requires special handling, contact us before uploading such information.

10. Hashed Advertising Audiences

Eligible customer contact details with documented permission for audience use may be converted into one-way hashed identifiers (SHA-256) for ad platform matching. Hashed identifiers can still be personal information and are not automatically anonymous.

The export is created at your request and downloaded by you. We do not upload it to any advertising platform on your behalf, and we do not transmit your contact data to advertising platforms automatically. Our export excludes suppressed addresses, but you remain responsible for the lawful basis on which you upload a list, for including only contacts your business is permitted to advertise to, and for the accuracy and legality of your own list.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use a small set of first-party technologies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies and tokens that keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and secure your session. The service cannot work without them.
  • Browser storage that remembers your selected workspace and interface preferences on your device.
  • First-party page analytics on public pages we publish, which record a page view or click against the business workspace that owns the page.

Platform page-view signal

While Base44 serves pages, it adds a small first-party script to them. It records only the fact that a page was viewed, together with the page route, and it sends that signal to our own platform log using a request from your browser. It is used for aggregate traffic counts for our business. It sets no advertising cookie, it is not shared with advertising networks, and it is not used to build a profile of you across other websites. It is not Google Analytics, and we run no advertising pixel, tag manager or third-party analytics tag on this website.

You can block or clear these technologies in your browser. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop you from staying signed in or submitting a form. Where a consent choice is presented to you, it is honored for the analytics signal described above.

No sale or cross-site advertising

We do not sell personal information, and we do not permit third parties to collect personal information about your online activities across other websites through this site.

12. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls between workspaces, server-side authorization on every workspace read and write, encrypted transport, scoped credentials for connected accounts, and audit logging of administrative access to a subscriber workspace.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it, and we will describe what happened and what we are doing about it.

You are responsible for keeping your own credentials secure, for the access you grant to people on your team, and for the security of any account you connect to the platform.

13. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. The following describes what the platform does today.

Cold prospect leads

A daily cleanup removes a cold prospect lead 28 days after it was found, if it meets all of these conditions: the lead came from cold discovery rather than a form on your public pages, is still at the New stage, has had no email or text sent to it and no reply from it, has no notes and no follow-up date, has no revenue or sales activity, has had no call, and has no outcome you recorded. Leads that fail any condition are kept, including warm inbound leads, leads you annotated or scheduled, leads that progressed, and leads tied to revenue. The cleanup also runs while your outreach is paused, because keeping data is separate from contacting people. It never removes consent records or suppression and opt-out records.

Other records

  • Suppression and opt-out records are kept while needed to make sure someone who opted out is not contacted again.
  • Billing, invoice and tax records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires.
  • Generated deliverables and workspace content are kept while your account is active, and are deleted on a verified request.
  • Server and security logs are kept for a limited operational period and then overwritten or deleted.
  • Call audio is not recorded, so there is no call audio to retain. A written transcript, where a person agreed to one on an AI call, is kept while your account is active and deleted on request or when your account is closed.

On closure

When an account closes, we delete or de-identify the information that belongs to it, except for the categories above. We provide an export of workspace data on request before deletion. Some records survive in rolling backups until those backups expire.

14. Your Rights, Choices and Contact

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a portable copy, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line Delete My Data, or use our data deletion page. We verify that a request comes from someone entitled to make it before acting on it, and we respond within the period the law requires, ordinarily within 30 days.

If you are a prospect or customer of one of our business users and the information belongs to that business's workspace, we will action the request as that business's processor and inform the business. You can also contact that business directly.

You can disconnect a connected Google account at any time from the platform or from your Google Account permissions page. You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority in your place of residence. We ask that you raise the issue with us first so we can try to resolve it.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and LEVEL 4 BUSINESSES LLC for use of the Level 4 Businesses™ platform. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the platform, you agree to them.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, govern your use of the Level 4 Businesses platform, the websites and pages we publish for you, and the features we make available through them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

If you accept these Terms for a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it, and "you" refers to that entity.

Where you use the platform on behalf of a client business, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business and that it is aware of these Terms.

2. The Service

Level 4 Businesses is an AI-powered revenue system. Stage 1 builds your offer and a public showcase page. Stage 2 supports buyer discovery, outreach and search visibility. Stage 3 supports conversion, messaging and advertising assets. Stage 4 supports scaling, budgets and performance intelligence.

The platform generates plans, copy, lists, scores, forecasts and reports. Some stages depend on the paid plan you hold. Features described in our marketing material may be released progressively, and the availability of any specific feature is what the product shows you at the time, not a promise that every described capability is available today.

We may improve, change or retire features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you paid for during a billing period, you may cancel and receive a pro rata refund of that period on request.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the platform. You must provide accurate account and business information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use.

You are responsible for everything done through your account, for the accuracy of the information you give the platform, and for the conduct of anyone you invite into your workspace. Do not share credentials; invite people to their own access instead.

Business information you enter produces the platform's output. Inaccurate inputs produce inaccurate outputs, and no output is a substitute for your own judgement.

4. AI Automation and Agent Permissions

Automatic checks do not guarantee legal compliance, platform-policy compliance, or accuracy. The platform may block, limit or refuse an action it judges unsafe, non-compliant or outside your configured limits. Such a block is not a warranty that everything else permitted is compliant.

You are responsible for the decisions you authorize, for the content you approve for publication or sending, and for compliance with the laws and third-party policies that apply to your business, your industry and your communications.

5. Plans, Billing and Renewal

Plans

Stage 1 is free for 24 hours. A Stage 1 page you published stays live after the free period until you ask us to remove it, or we remove it for legal, abuse or policy reasons.

Growth is $497 per billing cycle and includes Stages 2 and 3. Scale is $997 per billing cycle ($497 base plus the $500 Stage 4 add-on) and includes Stages 2, 3 and 4, and is available when enabled for your account. Each plan renews every billing cycle. The cycle length (28 days on our new platform, or monthly on plans started on our earlier platform), the price and the renewal date are shown at checkout and on your invoice. Subscribers on earlier or legacy plans keep their current price until we move them, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before any change. The Expert Growth Strategy Session is $997, one time, with no renewal.

Payment, renewal and authorization

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. A subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle in the amount of your plan, until you cancel. Charges are processed in United States dollars unless checkout states otherwise.

Price changes

We may change prices with 30 days' notice. A price change applies from your next cycle and never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Invoices and records

Receipts and invoices are issued by Stripe and available in your billing portal. You are responsible for the accuracy of your billing details.

6. Cancellation, Refunds and Failed Payments

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in your account or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle and you keep access until then.

Refunds

We do not refund partial cycles except where the law requires. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] promptly and we will review it. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable law. The Expert Growth Strategy Session is refundable before delivery on request and is not refundable once delivered.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, paid features pause until it is fixed. We may retry the charge and notify you. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts, we may end the subscription. Access to your data is not removed immediately on a failed payment; see the retention section of our Privacy Policy.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Bad-faith chargebacks may result in suspension while the dispute is investigated.

7. Taxes and Third-Party Costs

Prices exclude taxes and third-party costs such as ad spend and your own Twilio charges. You are responsible for sales, use, value-added and similar taxes arising from your subscription, other than taxes on our net income.

Advertising spend, media costs, third-party subscriptions, domain registration, carrier fees and any other cost of running your business are not included in your L4 subscription. When the platform helps you plan a budget, that budget is your spend with the third party, not a fee paid to us.

8. Email Outreach and CAN-SPAM

Outreach emails are sent from your own connected Gmail. Each must show accurate sender details, a mailing address and a working opt-out. We honor opt-outs promptly and within the time the law requires. Account emails (verification, resets, alerts, reports) are sent by us.

You are the sender of your outreach. You agree that outreach you authorize will:

  • Identify your business accurately, without impersonating another person or business.
  • Not use false or misleading header information, subject lines or claims.
  • Include a functioning opt-out mechanism, honored within the time the law requires, and not require a fee, an account, or more than a single action to opt out.
  • Include your valid physical postal address, as commercial email law requires. The platform blocks sending when this is missing.
  • Be sent only to recipients your business may lawfully contact, with any consent the law that applies to you requires.
  • Not be sent to a person who has opted out, or to an address on our suppression list.

The platform enforces suppression lists, cooldown windows between contacts, and disclosure requirements before a send. These checks reduce risk. They do not establish that a particular message is lawful in your jurisdiction, and they do not transfer your compliance obligations to us.

9. Text Messaging, Consent and Carrier Registration

Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to marketing texts or calls.

You must be able to produce the consent record for any recipient you text, and you must stop texting a person who revokes consent, including by replying STOP. Where a consent record does not exist for a lead, the Send text option remains unavailable.

10. AI Calling, Consent and Do Not Call

You are responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry rules and any equivalent state or local law that applies to your calls, including obtaining any consent required before an automated call and maintaining your own do-not-call list.

11. Custom Domains

If you connect your own domain, you confirm you control it. We use Cloudflare to issue a certificate and serve your library and ad pages there. /experience/ stays on level4businesses.com. When you cancel or disconnect, the pages stop appearing on your domain.

You are responsible for keeping your domain registered and its DNS records correct. We may remove a domain binding if verification fails, if the domain stops resolving to us, or if the domain is used for content that breaches these Terms.

12. Agency and Sub-Account Program

Agencies may manage isolated client sub-accounts, each with its own subscription. The agency earns $97 for each paid billing cycle of an eligible active sub-account, calculated from verified paid invoices. The $500 Stage 4 add-on is excluded. Commissions stop when the sub-account cancels, are reversed if a payment is refunded or disputed, and are never paid twice for duplicate events. Agencies are responsible for their clients' compliance and consent. We may change the program with 30 days' notice.

Commission records are a ledger. Payouts are processed on the schedule shown in the agency workspace, and amounts may be adjusted where a payment is reversed after accrual. A change to the program applies going forward and does not reduce commission already accrued on paid invoices.

If you manage sub-accounts, you must have authority to act for each client business, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter on their behalf. You must not use sub-accounts to evade limits, duplicate commissions, or create workspaces for businesses that have not authorized you.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to:

  • Send spam, or contact people who have not been lawfully reached, or who have opted out.
  • Send marketing texts or place automated calls without the consent the law requires, or to a number on a do-not-call list you are bound to honor.
  • Make false, deceptive or unsubstantiated claims, including fabricated results, testimonials, credentials or scarcity.
  • Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation, including by not disclosing that a call is automated.
  • Advertise unlawful products or services, or target prohibited categories.
  • Infringe intellectual property, or publish another party's confidential information without authority.
  • Harvest personal data for a purpose unrelated to your own legitimate business outreach.
  • Attempt to access another workspace, probe or bypass access controls, scrape the platform, or reverse engineer it.
  • Interfere with the platform's operation, introduce malicious code, or use it to attack a third party.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the platform as a service to third parties without a written agreement with us.
  • Use the platform in a way that violates sanctions, export controls, or applicable law.

You must comply with the policies of any platform your content or traffic touches, including advertising, messaging and carrier policies and the requirements of your own industry.

14. Our Intellectual Property

The platform, its software, interface, templates, prompts, documentation, and the Level 4 Businesses™ name and marks are owned by LEVEL 4 BUSINESSES LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform for your own business during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the platform, or remove proprietary notices from it.

You keep ownership of the business information and content you give us, and of the output we generate for your workspace.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, use the platform unlawfully or abusively, create risk for other customers or for us, or if we are required to by law or by a third-party provider. Where the issue can be remedied and the risk is not urgent, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

We may also suspend sending or suspend the account for repeated consent or opt-out violations, including continuing to contact people who have opted out, sending marketing texts without a consent record, or placing calls that breach do-not-call rules. Where we suspend sending, the rest of your workspace remains available unless the breach requires a wider suspension.

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription as described in Section 6.

On termination, your right to use the platform ends. You may request an export of your workspace data by emailing [email protected] before or shortly after termination, and we will provide it. We then delete the workspace data according to the retention section of our Privacy Policy, except for records we must keep or are entitled to keep. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law, survive.

16. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that AI-generated content is accurate or complete, that discovered business information is current, that any content will be indexed or ranked by a search engine, or that use of the platform will produce any particular number of leads, customers, revenue or return. Those outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

Our full Disclaimer forms part of these Terms and describes these limitations in more detail.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEVEL 4 BUSINESSES LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, loss of goodwill, or loss or corruption of data, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars.

These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

18. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify LEVEL 4 BUSINESSES LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors against claims, damages, liabilities, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from: content you submit or publish; outreach you authorize, including email, text messages and calls; your failure to obtain or record consent; your breach of these Terms or of applicable law, including messaging, calling, advertising and privacy law; your infringement of a third party's rights; or your misuse of the platform or of a third-party platform in breach of its terms.

We will promptly notify you of a claim we seek indemnity for, and may participate in the defense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by us or imposes an obligation on us without our written consent. This obligation does not extend to claims caused by our own breach, negligence or wilful misconduct.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved this way.

If a dispute is not resolved informally, it may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and each party consents to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an action in any competent court to protect intellectual property or to collect amounts owed. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your place of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders or by prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a change is required sooner by law or to address a security or abuse issue. If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

21. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the platform and replace any prior understanding on that subject.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, on notice to you.

Neither party is liable for a delay caused by an event outside its reasonable control.

Disclaimer

This Disclaimer explains the limits of what the Level 4 Businesses™ platform provides. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. No Guarantee of Results

(a) Rankings, indexing and traffic are not guaranteed. Search engines decide independently what to crawl, index and rank, and their algorithms and policies change without notice to us. Publishing a page or submitting a sitemap does not mean the page will be indexed or ranked, and we do not control search results.

(b) Lead discovery does not guarantee customers or sales. Discovery surfaces businesses and people who appear, from public information, to match your offer. Whether any of them is interested, reachable, or able to buy is outside our control. A discovered business is a candidate, not a customer, and its public information may be incomplete or out of date.

(c) Ad and revenue results are not guaranteed. Paid acquisition depends on your offer, your market, your budget, your timing and the policies of the advertising platform. We plan and, where you authorize it, launch campaigns. We do not promise a particular cost per lead, conversion rate, return, or revenue outcome.

2. AI Output

AI output may contain errors. The platform generates copy, plans, scores, forecasts and recommendations using language models. Generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for your circumstances, and it can state things that are not true about your business. Review anything before you publish it, spend against it, or send it to a person.

Public-source data may be incomplete or outdated. Information drawn from public listings and websites reflects what was published at the time it was read, and may since have changed.

3. Platform Dependence

Third-party platforms may restrict access. Search engines, advertising platforms, social networks, carriers, email providers and model providers can change their terms, limit access, throttle or suspend an account, or refuse content. Those decisions are theirs, and they can interrupt a feature that depends on them.

4. Compliance Is Shared, Not Outsourced

Automatic compliance checks are not professional advice. The platform can check for a mailing address, suppression status, consent records, calling hours and similar conditions before an action is allowed. Those checks are a safeguard, not a legal opinion, and they do not guarantee that a message, call, advertisement or page complies with the law or with a platform's policy.

Outputs are not legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing produced by the platform, including any recommendation about pricing, spending or structure, is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Data Deletion Policy

Level 4 Businesses™, operated by LEVEL 4 BUSINESSES LLC, respects your privacy and provides a process for requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information associated with our services.

1. How to Submit a Request

Privacy contact: [email protected]

Suggested email subject: Delete My Data

In your email, tell us:

  • The email address associated with the account or with the information you want removed.
  • Whether you want your account closed, specific records deleted, or both.
  • If you are not the account holder, which business you dealt with and what information of yours is involved.
  • Any detail that helps us locate the records, for example a showcase page you submitted a form on, or the email address that received outreach.

You may also use the contact address on a showcase page to reach the business that operates it, where the information belongs to that business rather than to us.

2. How We Verify the Request

Before deleting information, we confirm the request comes from someone entitled to make it.

  • For an account: we send a verification message to the email address on the account and ask you to confirm from that address. If you no longer have access to it, we ask for enough information about the account to establish control, and we may require additional confirmation before proceeding.
  • For a prospect or lead record: we verify that you control the email address or phone number in the record, typically by confirming a message sent to it.
  • For a connected third-party account: deletion must be requested from an authorized user of the workspace that connected it, or through the provider's own permissions page.

We may decline a request we cannot verify, or one that appears to be an attempt to delete another person's information, and we will explain why.

3. What Can Be Deleted

  • Your account profile and business profile: business name, website, location, industry, model, targets, offer materials and brand assets.
  • Generated deliverables held in your workspace: offers, positioning, content drafts and pages, ad plans, outreach drafts, forecasts and reports.
  • Prospect and lead records in your workspace, including contact fields, notes and scores.
  • Outreach history held in your workspace, and the delivery records associated with it.
  • Consent records and suppression entries tied to an address in your workspace, subject to the retention described below.
  • Connected-account authorization tokens, which are revoked so the platform can no longer act on the connected account.
  • Session and preference data held in your browser, which you can clear yourself at any time.

Where the information belongs to a business workspace and you are a prospect of that business, we will action the deletion in that workspace and inform the business, because the business controls it.

4. Disconnecting Connected Accounts

Google

You can disconnect a connected Google account in two ways: from the platform's connection settings, or from your Google Account third-party access page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting revokes our access and we delete or invalidate the stored token. Email sending and Search Console reporting stop immediately.

Facebook and Instagram

Where a Facebook or Instagram connection is enabled for your account, you can remove it in Facebook settings under Apps and Websites, or disconnect it in the platform. Removing the connection at Meta stops our future access. It does not by itself delete records already created in the workspace.

TikTok

Where a TikTok connection is enabled, you can remove it in TikTok settings under Security and permissions, Manage app permissions, or disconnect it in the platform.

Other platforms

Where another connection is enabled for your account, you can revoke it in that provider's own settings. Revoking access does not, by itself, delete records already created in a workspace, for example messages already sent or posts already published. Request deletion of those records using the process above.

5. What May Be Retained

Some records are kept after an account closes, because the law requires it or because keeping them is necessary to honor a choice you made:

  • Suppression and opt-out records. These exist to make sure a person who opted out is not contacted again. Deleting them would defeat the opt-out, so they are retained while needed for that purpose.
  • Billing, invoice and tax records required by tax and accounting law, retained for the applicable statutory period.
  • Records needed to resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, detect fraud, or respond to a lawful request.
  • Residual copies in rolling backups and logs, which are overwritten or deleted as the backup cycle turns over.
  • Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you.

We tell you which categories apply when we respond to your request.

6. How Long It Takes

We acknowledge a verified request promptly and complete it within 30 days. If a request is complex or involves a large volume of records, we may extend that period, and we will tell you before the initial period ends and explain why. Requests that require verification from a third party may take longer.

Deletion from live systems happens when we complete the request. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.

7. Confirmation and Status

We confirm by email to the address you used to make the request, stating what was deleted, what was revoked, and what was retained and why. If we cannot fulfill part of a request, we explain the lawful basis and tell you how to appeal or complain to a data protection authority.

8. Account Closure Within the Platform

You can close your account yourself. Open Billing in the dashboard, choose Close account, and type your email address again to confirm. We cancel your subscription at Stripe first, and if that fails nothing is deleted. We then disconnect your connected accounts, end your sessions, delete your workspace data including any call transcripts, keep only what Section 5 describes, and email you a confirmation. You can also send a request to [email protected] with the subject Delete My Data, and we will process it under this policy.

Deleting individual records inside a workspace, such as a lead, a draft or a page, is available in the product and takes effect immediately.

9. Platform Deletion Callbacks

This page is an informational policy, not a machine-readable deletion callback. If a connected platform requires a technical deletion callback, that endpoint is implemented and verified separately, and this page will be updated to state that it is available before we claim it is.

Questions about this policy?

Contact us and we will respond within the period described above.
